Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account details: your name, your email address and how you sign in.
• The money data you add: accounts, transactions, plans, budgets, invoices and the like.
• Files you upload or forward to a workspace inbox, such as statements, receipts and bills, with the emails they came in.
• Basic technical records of requests, such as times and errors.

Why

To run mones for you and the people you share workspaces with, and to keep it working and secure. Only a workspace's members see what's in it.

AI

Statements and inbox items are read with AI only after someone in the workspace agrees to it. The AI provider doesn't use them for training.

Card and account numbers

Your accounts and cards keep only their last 4 digits. The payment details a business puts on its invoices, and files you upload or forward, are kept as they are.

Never sold

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing, and there are no ads.

Who handles it for us

Service providers process data on our behalf, under agreements, only to run mones: hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, payments and AI.

Your rights

• Export your transactions and reports as CSV.
• Correct your name and anything you added.
• Delete your account from Settings. The workspaces only you are still in are deleted with everything in them, including what members who left had added; from workspaces you share, you leave, and what you added stays for the others. A workspace you own and share goes to another of its members, whom you choose.

Cookies

Only what signing in needs, and one that remembers the workspace you opened last. Your browser also keeps a few settings of its own, such as the theme.

This policy may change. The date at the top shows when it last did.
