Terms of Service

The terms for using mones: accounts, workspaces and acceptable use.

Last updated

Early access

mones is in early access. It is provided as is: it may have mistakes, change often, or be unavailable at times. Keep your own records of anything that matters, such as your bank statements and invoices.

Your account and workspaces

You need an account to use mones, and you're responsible for what happens in it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Your money is kept in workspaces. Everyone you invite to a workspace sees everything in it, so invite only people you trust with it.

Your data stays yours

What you add to mones belongs to you. You can export your transactions and reports as CSV, and delete your account from Settings.

Deleting your account deletes the workspaces only you are still in, with everything in them, including what members who left had added. From workspaces you share, you leave, and what you added stays for the others. A workspace you own and share goes to another of its members, whom you choose when you delete your account.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use mones for anything illegal, or to deceive or harm anyone.
  • Don't add other people's data without the right to.
  • Don't try to reach workspaces you're not in, or to disrupt the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Price

mones is free while it's in early access. Paid plans may come later; you'll be told in the app before anything changes for you.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or end mones, or any part of it.
